We are a medium-sized family business with a long lasting success story in the laboratory industry. Our company was founded in 1921 in Freiberg/Germany and looks back onto four owner generations. For almost 100 years the Glaswarenfabrik Karl Hecht produces high-quality precision devices and glass instruments for physician and laboratory.
We supply the specialized trade under the well-known trade mark Assistent® through numerous domestic and abroad representatives. Many of them are exclusive distribution partners.
Our comprehensive standard program, e. g. volumetric measuring instruments made of glass and plastics or different liquid handling products, is completed by an extensive range of consumables, disposable articles and electric devices.
