As a manufacturer of continuous cast iron, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products and provide materials based upon the new European standard "EN 16482 - Cast Iron - Continuous Casting". ACO Eurobar®quality continuous-cast products are available in all standard profiles and dimensions and in a wide range of materials. We deliver our continuous cast iron not only as-cast, but also as pre-machined semis or as a completely finished machined part. Our primary goal as a supplier of continuous casting is to offer our customers high quality concast iron products at an acceptable cost. A continuous replenishment of our bar stocks in combination with sophisticated logistics guarantees a high level of availability with short leadtimes.
As a full-service supplier ACO Eurobar takes over a lot of preparatory work for their customers and offers a complete machining service to them. We have a full range of machining operations at our disposal, sawing to length, turning, drilling, boring,milling and peeling. State-of-the-art equipment including fully automated milling machines, CNC lathes, and robot-assisted manufacturing cells permits us to realise tailored solutions to any tolerances which our customers may specify.
ACO Eurobar has already realised sophisticated solutions for, for example, the glass mould industry, compressor manufacture, mechanical and machine-tool engineering as well as other sectors.

SPIR STAR AG, headquartered in Rimbach-Mitlechtern, is your specialist for the manufacture of thermoplastic ultra-high-pressure hoses with spiralized steel-wire reinforcement for a working pressure range of 345 to 4,000 bar and inner diameters ranging from 3 to 32 mm.
The company’s internationalisation and thus increasing demand eventually enabled the company to relocate to its present facility in the year 2001. Since then, ultra-high-
pressure hoses have been produced with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and the hoses have become a staple in the Waterblast, Hydraulics, Oil & Gas and Automotive industries. In addition to this, the continuous development of new and innovative hose types ensures the company’s sustainable presence in its relevant markets.

Hauhinco Maschinenfabrik G. Hausherr, Jochums GmbH & Co. KG (“Hauhinco”) was founded in Sprockhövel in 1908 as a mining supplier. Still located at its foundation place Sprockhövel, Hauhinco is nowadays one of the leading suppliers in Water Hydraulic Systems for mining and industrial applications. For both business units Hauhinco engineers and manufactures tailored solutions for customers around the world.

Water Hydraulics: Products and Services for mining and industrial applications
For underground mining Hauhinco manufactures High Pressure and water spray pump stations with EHP-3K and EHP-5K high pressure pumps as well as water treatment systems.
For various industrial applications Hauhinco engineers water hydraulic systems, especially for all areas in metal forming. One core competence is the development of press controls and drives for new and existing water hydraulic presses of all kinds.
