W.U。H.Fernholz兩合公司是由Werner和Helmut Fernholz兄弟於1963年創建的。塑料製品的生產始於一台注塑機。後來又增加了熱成型工藝。隨著決定自己生產熱成型產品的板材，第三個生產過程--擠出，逐漸建立起來。隨後引入了直接印刷、標簽和IML。
