不斷引進各類先進檢測和試驗設備，如電子掃描顯微鏡SEM， FTIR傅裏葉變換紅外光譜儀，DMS綜合參數測試設備，CA410色彩分析儀，X-射線檢測係統，超聲波掃描顯微鏡，高倍率立體顯微鏡，光學測試係統等各類測試設備。使用數字看板係統、ERP係統，產品追溯及FIFO係統管理，實現無紙化生產。
公司擁有三條國際先進水平的全自動STN－LCD生產線，可製作加工各類型黑白LCD，最小線距線寬0.008MM，
驅動路數高達240路，可生產12寸黑白產品;
LCM廠擁有大規模COG加工中心，多條全球先進的全自動COG、FOG邦定生產線，自動貼片機和全自動點膠機。
鬆下全自動COG邦定機可以完成X軸、Y軸同時邦定、AOI自動檢測和自動點膠一站式生產。
產品尺寸覆蓋1.33~18寸，COG月產能可達4KK以上，可生產各種類型(TN、STN、FSTN、VA、TFT、OLED）模組產品，給客戶提供一流的開發設計服務和一站式智能顯示方案。
TCM廠從蓋板製作、鍍膜加工、黃光sensor、OCA、OCR全貼合完整產業鏈，全方位滿足客戶的需求。
擁有精雕機，絲印機，強化爐，全自動清洗線，掃光機，鍍膜機等各類設備，2D/2.5D/3D、AG/AR/AF生產製程能力，具備工控和車載觸摸蓋板的生產能力，月產能達1KK以上。
通過多年發展，CASIL形成了以香港和廣東惠州為中心，輻射全球的市場格局。
