永磁同步船用發電機是將永磁同步發電技術與船舶特殊工況需求深度結合的專用發電設備，以永磁體替代傳統電勵磁繞組，在滿足船舶高可靠性、高環境適應性要求的同時，兼具高效能、輕量化等優勢，是現代船舶（尤其是新能源船舶）電力係統的核心設備之一。
2022年與VEM在國內參與研發設計的第一台船用軸帶電機，至2025年研發了3種電機。生產的產品各項質量均能達到客戶的要求；是VEM在國內的指定供應商；2024年4月和韓國現代電機正式開始研發船用磁極模組，過程中幫助客戶提升效率的同時降低了成本，至2025年已有3款電機正式量產，並通過韓國現代電氣的供應商審核且是在中國唯一指定供應商。

特種船舶（科考船 / 海工平台）
- 科考船、鑽井平台對電力穩定性要求極高（如精密科考儀器、鑽井設備需持續供電），永磁同步發電機的高可靠性、低損耗特性可滿足需求，同時輕量化設計節省甲板空間，適配特種設備安裝。
中小型船舶（漁船 / 遊艇）
- 中小型船舶機艙空間有限，且船員維護能力較弱，永磁同步發電機的 “小體積、少維護” 優勢顯著 —— 例如：60 米以下的漁船，可搭載 200-500kW 的永磁同步發電機，滿足捕撈設備、生活用電需求，同時降低燃油消耗。
船舶輔機供電係統
- 作為大型商船（如集裝箱船、油輪）的輔機發電機，為導航設備、通信係統、空調等輔助負載供電，替代傳統的小型柴油輔機，減少機艙噪音和汙染物排放，符合 IMO（國際海事組織）的環保要求（如 IMO Tier III 排放標準）。

Our compact special motors are constructed for use under extreme stress conditions in the shipping industry, in particular for bow and stern thrusters on container ships with container capacities in excess of 5,000 TEU. They match to the rules of all well-known classification societies, fulfil the requirements of insulation class F and convince by their optimised energy balance. These motors are also available with heat exchangers. Furthermore holding brakes, separately drive fans, anti-condensation heaters and other components can be additionally integrated.
Squirrel cage motors for bow or stern thrusters
