Grinding, deburring and polishing machines for the surface treatment for a wide varity of parts:
1. Multi axis belt grinding machine
to grind and finish turbine blades from 50-500 mm length.

2. Our grinding machine
panther 1.1 best suits where belt finishing of rotation parts at grain size up to 2000 is requested.

3. The Deburring Machines
panther 2 is designed to deburr parts like housings, gears, blisks and other parts with complex shapes.
It allows to create defined chamfers with hard tools (e.g. mills, diamond deburring tools, ...) and the finishing with soft tools (e.g. brushes) in one cycle.
4. The Polishing Machines
panther 3 is specially designed to high polish ceramics and titan.
With up to 6 CNC axes and a push rod tool we can grant a optimal seat of tool on all points, even with spheres and overlapping shapes.

Since 1981 Widoberg is successfully working on the field of surface technology as a partner of the grinding and polishing industry.
Our main business are high velocity spray guns and reconditioned and new grinding and polishing machines.
These machines are supplied to producers of holloware, kitchen utensils, sanitary fittings, builders hardware and lamp parts as well as the automotive and gift industry worldwide.
The attempt to lower production costs has lead to the development of our patented high velocity spray guns.
Nowadays more than 30.000 guns are in use worldwide and almost all leading manufacturers of polishing machines equip their machines with our high velocity spray guns.
We also supply ultrasonic cleaning systems and special purpose machines which are designed individually to fit the requirements of the customers.
