Disa Automotive is a privately owned, self financed, incorporated company and its headquarters and production plant located in Ergene-Corlu, Turkey and regional office in Stuttgart, Germany.
Since 1990, Disa Automotive manufactured tens of millions of parts with high quality, low cost, on time delivery and always 100% customer satisfaction.
Disa has IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certicates and compliant with VDA 6.3 process audit requirements. With its extensive capability in the production of various machined parts and its accumulated know-how and experience over the years, Disa Automotive has been a reliable supplier to many well known companies, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1s and the global aftermarket, throughout Europe and North America.
In our production porfolio, we have;
>> Gears of various kinds (up to module 5 straight, helical or bevel pinion gears), gear sets,
>> Machined automotive parts (turning, milling, hobbing, drilling, threading, tapping, broaching, boring, slotting, reaming and grinding operations for a variety of materials, including carbon, alloy and stainless steel bar stocks, cast gray and ductile iron, injection or forged aluminum, as well as forged metal components), and
>> Suspension and steering parts.
In our suspension and steering parts business, we have coverage for European, Japanese, Korean and North American applications and it has over 4.500 items in product portfolio to include Stabilizer Links, Stabilizer Link Kits, Axial Joints (Inner Tie Rod Ends), Outer Tie Rod Ends, Ball Joints, Cross Axis Joints, Bushings, Wishbones and Control Arms.
