磁耦合聯軸器齒輪泵-用於安全輸送危險介質 磁耦合泵的結構類似於CHEM泵，但軸封為同步磁耦合聯軸器。該泵操作特性平滑，隻要負載不超過磁耦合的額定扭矩，泵的轉速一直等同於輸入軸轉速
磁耦合泵即使在高溫高壓下也能輸送有毒、易燃介質。特殊結構的泵入口壓力可高達700bar（10152psig）
磁耦合泵的屏蔽套可采用雙層結構，可被用於加熱屏蔽套，還可在工藝要求非常嚴格的條件下配置泄漏監測係統。屏蔽套內充滿惰性氣體，如果氣體向內或者向外泄 露，說明其中的一層腔已經損壞，壓力傳感器將觸發報警。此時，由於另一層腔完好無損，就消除了危險介質泄漏到外界環境中的可能性
Witte磁耦合泵的一個非常特殊的設計是磁耦合聯軸器內轉子配有獨立軸承，這確保泵驅動軸上隻承受扭矩。由於內轉子的重量由獨立軸承支撐，泵內的軸承就不受力
這種法蘭盤式軸承的另外一個優點是防止內轉子接觸並損壞屏蔽套。而其他公司的磁耦合齒輪泵，內轉子在泵軸承磨損後是有可能接觸到屏蔽套的。我們的這種獨立軸承結構確保了內轉子不接觸屏蔽套，提供了更安全的保證
