按照客戶圖紙要求定製，原材料可以是各種碳鋼、模具鋼、合金鋼、不繡鋼等圓鋼、鑄件或者是鍛打件，材料經過熱處理調質，達到圖紙要求的力學性能，如硬度HRC20-24、抗拉強度MPa≥、屈服強度MPa≥、衝擊功等，在通過車床、銑床、磨床加工，然後定製成軸.

工藝：原材料→粗車→固溶熱處理調質→半精車→去應力→精車→銑鍵槽→去應力→磨削→檢驗合格→成品不鏽鋼軸
精度:0.01-0.02mm,跳動：0.02mm，光潔度：0.8mm
