Since our company foundation in 1992 by Dr. Ing. Erwin Czempik, we have specialized in services and products for chemical control of all water/water steam conducting systems. In this process we use our in-house developed technologies successfully tested over the years. These include, among others:
- Cleaning of boilers, steam lines and heat exchangers
- Preservation of boilers, entire circuits and individual components thereof
- Conditioning of water/steam circuits
- Preservation and conditioning of cooling circuits
Merus is able to adress all kinds of fouling (from corrosion to bio mass) in one Merus Ring. Over time deposits are flushed out. No further or far less cleaning effort is needed. Only monitoring the effect. This means we offer a long lasting solution for a good cooling water treatment.

The compact MNK series cooling towers enable cost effective and
energy-saving cooling of process heat in plants of all kind. The
circulation water is recooled based on the principles of evaporation
Each size in the series consists of a combined stainless steel and
all-plastic design (GRP polyester) with a walk-on flat roof including
railing. Access to the machine unit is possible at any time via a GRP
cage ladder.
The packing and water distribution can be accessed via an inspection
hatch which is located in the cladding.
The MNK Midi series can be extended at any time to meet your
requirements. All MNK models can be supplied with or without cooling
tower basins.
With its broad range of products, Aqua-Concept provides targeted
treatment of the water to prevent corrosion, lime, and microbes, and
provides you with maximum operational security for your cooling systems,
at a nearly constant rate of efficiency.
