The company has a registered capital of 28 million yuan and a total investment of 150 million yuan (including fixed assets of about 100 million yuan). The headquarter is located in Shanghai. The factory is located in Haiyan, Zhejiang Province. The factory area is about 38,000 square meters.

The company's existing staff of about 200 people, including three senior engineers, 12 engineers.
SALES
the current products are almost all exports (including self-export, export agents and lamps supporting re-export), the current annual sales of about 8.5 million.
PRODUCTS
The company's main products for the light-controlled light switches, is a type of environment to track the level of brightness to automatically control the state of controlled lighting switch of industrial or civilian control devices. Company's product development to its own intellectual property rights (authorized by the four national invention patents, nearly 30 utility model patents) as the basis, with reference to international standards, compared with similar foreign products have cost-effective advantage. At present a full range of products have been the United States UL, CE safety certification, RoHS environmental certification and stability of the export market in North America, intelligent product line continued to launch and the first product to complete certification. MARKET CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATION
The company's current full range of products have been the United States, Canada UL and CUL certification, CE, CQC certification, access to dozens of patents. Leading products are in line with environmental requirements. The enterprise passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
