60 years of DEMMELER - a success story
The success story of our internationally successful family-owned company began when the 19-year old Ludwig Demmeler laid the foundation in 1961: In his small workshop, he worked as a subcontractor for nearby industrial businesses. Today, 60 years later, DEMMELER is an expanding and technologically strong company in the field of mechanical engineering with around 250 employees. As a hidden champion, the company in Heimertingen develops and manufactures products in the field of clamping and welding technology, rotary tables, tool changing systems based on robots and machine tool components.Innovations that have become the standard for trade and industry have always shaped our company's successful history. Already by 1990, DEMMELER set the standards on the market as the inventor of the 3D clamping system: Originally intended for the company's own production, the device system proved to be a quantum leap in metal processing and today is an international industrial standard due to the many possible applications and combinations.

The Burghardt + Schmidt GmbH founded the b+s group through the acquisition of traditional, well-known and firmly established companies on the world market. Through the expertises of the subsidiaries Schnutz GmbH and Delta Technik GmbH, Burghardt + Schmidt´s entire product portfolio is expanded by leveling machines, strip feeding systems and automation technology.

Burghardt + Schmidt is a company with international reach. Since 1945 B+S has been known for the highest standard of precision in slitting and levelling of metal especially thin and delicate metal strips.
Schnutz - Tradition binds us
The roots of the machinery factory Fr. W. Schnutz reach back to the beginning of the industrial revolution. Schnutz Martin founded the company in 1846. The period was marked by a rapid development of technology, productivity and science.
We develop, manufacture and assemble our machines and lines, so that all our products carry the designation "Made in Germany".
