長春禹衡光學有限公司（以下簡稱禹衡光學）坐落於高新技術產業開發區內，是吉林省首批被認定的國家高新技術企業，是光柵編碼器、光學儀器及成套機電設備的專業製造商。2008年啟用的禹衡光學產業科技園占地麵積30000㎡，建築麵積19000㎡，公司現有員工450人，主導產品光柵編碼器年生產能力120萬台。
作為儀器儀表行業的專業製造企業，半個世紀以來，一直專注光柵傳感器和光學儀器的研製，成為細分行業的龍頭企業。2009年，禹衡光學擔當標準化技術委員單位，先後主持製定、修訂、參與起草了《光柵旋轉編碼器》、《光柵角度編碼器》、《光柵角位移測量係統》、《CPE-Bus位移編碼器雙向串行通訊協議規範》等多項行業標準。2012年，承擔國家“十二五”科技重大專項《高精度、高分辨力絕對式光柵旋轉編碼器研製》。2013年，參與國家“十二五”科技重大專項《高集成化單碼道絕對式光柵尺研發及產業化》擔負起產品產業化的重任。2017年，成功申報國家重大科學儀器設備開發重點專項“高分辨率角位移傳感器研製與產業化”項目獲批，至此，國家科技專項中三個有關光柵位移傳感器的項目均落戶長春禹衡光學有限公司。2018年，兩項國家“十二五”科技重大專項均順利完成最終驗收。
