精密鑄造工藝包括失蠟鑄造、消失模鑄造和矽溶膠鑄造。正麵和背麵工藝仍然更常用。失蠟鑄件與矽溶膠鑄件的不同之處在於鑄件澆注的產品模型外殼不同，這導致了原鑄件表麵紋理和原鑄件公差的不同。矽溶膠鑄造稍微好一點。客戶可以根據鑄件精度要求選擇正確的生產方式，以獲得合理的生產成本。
