Zhejiang Mingtai Hardware Industry Co., Ltd, as an export-oriented enterprise, located in No. 250, Yanjiang West Road, Jinhu Subdistrict, Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, was founded in 1995, which covers an area of 4500 square meters and owns over 90 employees. Among which, management and technological personnel account for more than 40% of total staff.
Currently, the main products of our company have more than 300 varieties including auto parts series, automobile annex system and so on, part of products have passed quality certification of Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision. Meanwhile, our company has successfully passed BSCI certification.
In line with the principle of “strives for the survival by quality, develops by credibility”, our company brings the products to domestic and international markets by virtue of high quality and good reputation; the quality of products are highly commended by numerous customers at home and abroad, and we have established the long-term cooperation intention with the companied in Europe and America, Southeast Asia, and other 30 countries and regions. Under the strong support of relevant departments and all circles, as well as with the unremitting efforts of staff, our company has become number one of private enterprises, and develops rapidly. AKSU Makine 2000 yılında, 30 seneyi aşkın tecrübe ve bilgi birikimi neticesinde, İstanbul Bayrampaşa’da kurulmuştur. Sanayinin önde gelen sektörleri tarafından tercih edilen ezerek form verme metodu ile bağlantı elemanları imalatında kullanılan takımların imalatı ve revizyonu ile faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
Firmamız ilerleyen dönemlerde vida ovalama makineleri temini, fason vida ovalama ve tırtıl çekme işlemleri, vida ovalama konusunda her türlü teknik destek ve personel eğitimi, makine bakımı ve otomasyonu gibi konularda hizmetlerini ayrı ayrı ve paket olarak sunabilen Türkiye’deki tek firma haline gelmiştir.
Firmamız müşterilerinden gelen talepler doğrultusunda; asansör makineleri ve redüktör üretiminde kullanılan sonsuz vida, özel kılavuz, vida tampon mastarı, bağlantı elemanı kalıpları ve bağlantı elemanları imalatına da başlamıştır.
AKSU Makine 2013 yılında artan talepler ve yeni yapılacak yatırımlar da düşünülerek İstanbul Esenyurt’taki 3.000 m²’lik yeni tesisine taşınmıştır.
Müşterilerine her zaman en iyi ürün ve hizmeti sunmak isteyen firmamız yeni tesiste makine yatırımlarına da devam etmiş, CNC makineleri de devreye alarak kaliteyi arttırmış ve termin sürelerini kısaltmıştır.
