Mouldings with functional requirements
From September 2009 we manufacture mouldings with functional requirements in design or material (as e.g. gaskets, valves, balls, rubber-metal-joints,...) preferential in high-technologically equipped manufacturer-plants in Italy and Taiwan (cooperation partner). Also here we prefer lean structures, up-to-date Know-How and modern manufacturing equipment. As combined with the competitive cost situation this leads to the crucial advantage for our customers.
The involved production engineers have the essential knowledge for precise functional parts from their long-lasting experience in the industrial rubber field. If necessary we produce, deflash and quality check for ppm failure rate results.
Raw material procurement and conditioning
Raw materials and compounds are exclusively purchased from leading suppliers as Dow Corning, DuPont, Wacker, etc. and prepared and ready-mixed from experienced compounders, who are also ISO 9001:2000 certified.
For our customers we publish 100% of the compound ingredients of the used materials and provide Material Data sheets, as well as Safety Data sheets acc. international standards. The conformity acc. important directives as RoHS, REACh, a.o. is confirmed and guaranteed.
Material specifications will be proved and tested to confirm the properties for initial sampling documetns (demand for sampling acc. PPAP or VDA). Customer specific requirements will be also tested (e.g. properties acc. ASTM, DIN, ISO, various DBL, VW 2.8.1, etc.). Our custoemrs will get a certification of compliance with each delivery.
Quality insurance and competitiveness
Of cause the manufacturer-plants are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Wide checking and measurement equipment and processes, e.g. optical, allow a complete check and documentation of produced "(significant) characteristics".
According to our philosophy our manufacturer-plants must prove their competitiveness all the time, cause also other production sites are taken into account - evtl. to achieve logistical advantages for our customers.
