感應是如何工作的？
首先，通過向線圈施加電流來產生磁場。然後，如果使由導電材料製成的工件靠近磁場，則在工件中感應出電流，電流流過工件並因此產生熱量（lat.inducere=引入）。在感應加熱的情況下，熱量直接在部件本身產生，而不是從外部供應。
