Das gilt auch für die Maschinen zum Entgraten und Schleifen. Dietmar Kübler ergänzt den Entwicklungsingenieur als Leiter der Produktion und des Qualitätsmanagements.

panther 2 is designed to deburr parts like housings, gears, blisks and other parts with complex shapes.
It allows to create defined chamfers with hard tools (e.g. mills, diamond deburring tools, ...) and the finishing with soft tools (e.g. brushes) in one cycle.
4. The Polishing Machines
panther 3 is specially designed to high polish ceramics and titan.
With up to 6 CNC axes and a push rod tool we can grant a optimal seat of tool on all points, even with spheres and overlapping shapes.

回顧過去80多年的發展曆史，布魯爾是一個很強勢的中等規模的公司。50多年前我們就開始致力於帶材表麵加工。 公司成立於1928年，位於德國索林根。該城市以刀具、刀片和剪刀而世界聞名，
已經成就了“索林根製造”的品牌。威廉布魯爾先生創建公司之初，該公司是生產剃須刀片的設備，如衝壓機、開卷機和研磨機。由於不斷提升的表麵質量要求，可進行去屑、去除淬火和退火顏色的一種特殊設備產生了。這種設備使用旋轉鋼刷和粗研磨膏一起工作。這為第一台打磨機的誕生奠定了基礎，在冷軋工業中這種設備開始受到關注。
這種類型的機器相當成功，工作寬度可從50mm增加到400mm。從五十年代起，布魯爾著重從事表麵處理的設備，將“刀片”業務賣給索林根的另一個公司。1954年在歐洲銷售第一台冷軋板帶修磨機，從那時候起，帶卷打磨機和拋光機成為布魯爾主要產品。
今天，為冷軋工業可提供的設備有帶卷修磨機、拋光機、打磨機、刷光機、脫脂機。
