Younglee Metal Products Co., Ltd is the oversea sales company of Younglee Group, Younglee is a Chinese top quality manufacture and supplier of tube system products. Our main products including Hydraulic tube clamps, stainless steel seamless pipes (such as stainless steel hydraulic tubes, instrument tubing, bright annealed tubes, etc.), carbon steel precision tubes to DIN 2391, and industrial valves such as hydraulic ball valves, and so on.
Younglee Group invested three factories, one is hydraulic components factory, one is seamless steel tube factory, and the other is industrial valve factory. 1. Products of the hydraulic components factory:
Our factory of hydraulic components produces two main products: pipe clamps and
hydraulic SAE flanges .
1). Hydraulic pipe clamps / Tube Clamps for pipe, tube, hose fastening and installing.
We produce Various kinds of pipe clamps according to DIN 3015, fit for pipe size O.D 6mm to 508mm, with strong strength, accurate dimensions, good corrosion resistance and durable in use, are widely used in pipe and tube installation in various industrial fields. Types as below:
1.1) Standard series stauff pipe clamps / tube clamps according to DIN3015-1
1.2) Heavy duty pipe clamps / heavy series tube clamps according to DIN 3015-2
1.3) Double pipe clamps / twin pipe clamps according to DIN 3015-3.
Besides DIN 3015 series pipe clamps, we also produce and supply various kinds of pipe clamps according to other popular standards or on customers' request as below.
1.4) DIN 3567 Metal pipe clamps as carbon steel pipe clamps, stainless steel pipe clamps.
1.5) Cushion clamps/ strut mount pipe clamps with plastic and rubber, in some industries it is called channel pipe clamps.
1.6) U bolt pipe clamps to DIN 3570
1.7) DIN 1592/DIN 1593 pipe clamps.
2). Hydraulic SAE flanges designed to ISO 6162 and SAE J518C.
Younglee group’s factory also produces high quality SAE flanges / hydraulic SAE flanges according to SAE J 518 C and ISO 6162-1/2.
SAE Flanges are available usually with a O-ring side, a flat side, or a complete set, depending on the hydraulic system requirements. SAE flanges are usually available in Carbon steel and stainless steel. There are four type of connections for SAE flanges: socket weld, butt weld, NPT thread, and BSPP thread.
There are two main series as below:
1. 3000 PSI standard pressure series SAE flanges, which are known as code 61 flanges
2. 6000 PSI high pressure series SAE flanges, which are known as code 62 flanges
Size Range:
As one of the best China SAE flange manufacture, Younglee supplied ISO 6162 SAE flanges in size range as below:

• For 3000 psi standard pressure series: 1/2" to 5"
• For 6000 psi high pressure series: 1/2" to 2"

2.Products of the seamless steel tube factory:
Our seamless steel tubes consist of two big plant, one is for stainless steel seamless tubes, the other is for carbon steel seamless steel tubes.
1)We produce Stainless steel seamless pipes in full range of austenitic steels and duplex stainless steels.

• Norm:ASTM / ASME A312, A213, A269; EN10216-5
• Grade: TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321/321H, TP316Ti, TP310S, TP347H, 904L, S31803, S32750, 2205, etc. And also corresponding EN grades.
• Size range: Outside diameter 3mm to 219mm; Wall thickness 0.1mm to 20mm
• Tolerance: OD +/-0.05mm, WT +/-0.1mm

Product group including instrumentation tubing, hydraulic tubing, and heat exchanger tubes, bright annealed tubes, duplex pipes, seamless coiled tubes and capillary tubes.
2)Seamless Precision carbon steel tubes according to DIN 2391 or EN 10305-1, including:

• Precision carbon steel seamless for boiler applications.
• Black phosphated seamless precision hydraulic steel tubes.
• DIN 2391 / EN 10305-1 bright annealed seamless tubes / NBK precision tubes.
• DIN 2391 / EN 10305-1 galvanized precision steel tubes / zinc-coated precision tubes.

3) Honed tube for hydraulic cylinders
Younglee's tube factory manufactures high quality honed tubes in most popular carbon steel and stainless steel grades. We are the first class quality honed tube manufacturer in China. Our honed steel tubing is widely used as hydraulic cylinder tube and pneumatic cylinder tubing.
3.Product of our valve factory:
Younglee’s industrial valve factory is found by the boss of Younglee and another 2 partner. The valve factory produces various industrial valves as below.

• Ball valves
• Stainless steel Hydraulic Ball Valves, carbon steel hydraulic ball valves.
• High pressure ball valves 2 way and 3 way.
• 1 PC ball valves, 2 PC ball valves, 3 PC ball valves.
• Three way & Four way ball valves.
