Our delivery program comprises oil skimmers, belt skimmers, floating and swimming oil skimmers, mop skimmers, hose and tube skimmers and disc skimmers. Further different kinds of agitators like: standard agitator, special agitators, hand agitator, container agitators, tank agitators, side entry agitator, agitators with cutting knifes, venting agitators and Co2 agitators, high temperature agitators, agitators with hollow shaft for silmutaneous pumping out of the stirring tank even through this hollow shaft.

描述
物料在多層轉子和定子之間的間隙內高速運動，形成強烈的液力剪切和湍流，分散物料，同時產生離心擠壓、碾磨、碰撞等綜合作用力，最終使物料充分混合、攪拌、細化達到理想要求。鍋蓋配有照明觀察孔，隨時掌握鍋內產品的乳化狀況。另配微量物料入口便於特殊香精添加工藝。操作方便鍋底出料，通過管道可直接進入灌裝機進行分裝，同時還又傾倒出料，便於清洗。
技術資料
凡與物料接觸的材料（含管道）均為SUS 316L，表麵拋光。其它為SUS 304，表麵拋光。
主鍋頂部進液，加微量元素功能。水鍋、油鍋為半開式，方便投料。
主鍋真空進料功能。
主鍋底部采用鍋底閥，有正壓出料功能，無死角。
控製麵板具有開、關、急停開關、調整溫度上下限設定顯示，攪拌轉速（變頻調速）、均質轉速、均質時間的控製設定，真空、照明、包括預混鍋所有功能，液壓係統的升降控製。
