Der Firmengründer der Firma KORTE Bauteile GmbH, Dipl.-Bauingenieur Klaus Korte, studierte von 1964-1969 Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau in Stuttgart, war Beratender Ingenieur (VBI), Ingenieurkammer Baden-Württemberg 0504, und Betoningenieur (VDB).
Von 1969-1974 war Klaus Korte in der Bauindustrie als Bauleiter, Oberbauleiter und Geschäftsführer tätig. Von 1975-2005 war er Inhaber der im In- und Ausland tätigen Firma „KORTE Ingenieurbüro für Brücken- und Bauwerk-Sanierung“, Heidelberg.
Während seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit als Sachverständiger im Bereich Betontechnologie, Abdichtung und Bauwerkserhaltung wurde Klaus Korte immer wieder mit den Themen „Fassadenverschmutzung“ (Mangel oder Schaden?), „Betonschäden“ und „Dauerhaftigkeit von Bauteilen“ konfrontiert.
Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen entwickelte sich die Idee von industriell vorgefertigten Profilen, und daraus resultierte die Gründung der Firma KORTE Bauteile mit Produktion und Vertrieb von industriell hergestellten Profilen.
Bis heute ist Klaus Korte alleiniger geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der Firma KORTE Bauteile GmbH mit Sitz in Heidelberg.
Zu den oben angesprochenen Themen hat Firmengründer und -inhaber Klaus Korte diverse Veröffentlichungen als Fachjournalist publiziert.

We are able to adapt our production for any individual customers order. We ensure high quality of products and interesting prices. In our offer we have different aluminium and galvanized steel corners, glass fibre mesh for warning systems and several kinds of masking, packing and silicone tapes. Proxim came into being in Lublin in 1992 as a family company. The first mark offered by the company was an american paints MAXUM. With the customers requests we expanded our offer with new products such as silicons, expandidng foams, painting and building accessories. During the passage of the time the variety of the products grew and now the company offers about 2000 different products, which are localized in brands such as:
roof foils and membranes Eurowek
building foils
vertical and horizontal insulations
fiberglass mesh
rings used in productions of aluminium corners
corners to insulation systems
building chemistry -building implements and accessories
paints and decorative materials
Many of the products are imported from European Union and other parts of the world. The company has his own office and warehouse since 2002 which are localized in Lublin on the Lucyny Herc 52 street.

Teknikal Alüminyum, 2006 yılında 700 Tonluk ekstrüzyon pres makinesi ile üretim hayatına başlamıştır. Teknikal, üretim miktarını ve ürünlerinin kalitesini artırmak amacıyla yatırımlar yapmıştır. 2015 yılında Gebze Sanayi Bölgesinde kendi üretim hatlarını kurmuştur. Bugün Teknikal, 1800 Ton, ve 1100 Ton kapasiteli iki ekstrüzyon presine sahiptir. Elektrostatik toz boya hattı ve bir mekanik çalışma hattı bulunmaktadır.
