ViscoTec dosing solutions and dispensers for low to high viscosity fluids guarantee a dosing accuracy of 1% at the pump outlet (depending onthe fluid) which often is much lower in practice. Even solid-containing fluids and extremely shear-sensitive chunky products can be dosed perfectly.
And in over 95% of all applications there is no need for any filling and dosagevalves at all, since a short reverse motion at the end of the dosingprocess break the thread off and therefore prevents dripping.

ViscoTec offers technically advanced solutions, available as standard products or as part of a modular design.

All fluids showing aviscosity of up to 7.000.000 mPas can be conveyed anddosed almost pulsation-free and with extremely low shear force.
