 Kerun Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. is an A-share listed enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and service of transmission and distribution equipment, high and low voltage complete sets, power energy storage tanks, transformers, and new energy series products. ABMT成立於2013年，最初的意圖是銷售和翻新變壓器。2015年，在贏得皮奧伊回收變壓器的合同後，該公司擴大了業務範圍，回收構成變壓器的其他材料，如礦物油、銅、鋁、黑色金屬和有色金屬材料。

2020年，該公司開始擴大工廠結構，並於次年將卡車車隊增加了一倍。同樣在2021年，它簽署了第一份國際合同。最後，在2023年，它與該國最大的電力公司之一簽署了合同。
