The Neue WMS Flocktechnik GmbH has more than 25 years’ experience as an industrial flocking company and series supplier to the automotive industry for flocked moulded parts. We provide our services to many system suppliers from the automotive branch but also to packing materials manufacturers and outfitters in the furniture industry. We use several different flocking technologies in order to ensure a high level of process reliability, including for complicated shapes, contours and surfaces.
Today, as one of the main wage-based flocking companies in Europe, we are also development partners of our clients. Through an intensive cooperation right from the early stages of the projects, we support our customers in the creation of economic processes for all flocked parts.
With our montage and logistic services, we offer an all-round service for everything to do with our flocking product. As international partner of the automotive sector, we are represented by two modern sites in Germany and one in Romania.
From prototype to mass finishing, we have a solution for every batch size.
Our laboratory is able to conduct very diverse types of material testing.

Unser Angebot umfaßt alles, was für eine professionelle Autoreinigung benötigt wird. Das Angebot reicht vom Scheibenfrostschutz, Ozongerät, Flugrostentferner über PKW Reiniger bis hin zum Felgenreiniger und zum Waschstraßen Reiniger. Bei den Pkw Reinigern können sie auf ein breit gefächertes Angebot an Felgenreiniger und Allzweckreinigern zurückgreifen. Dazu gibt es auch noch viele Pkw Reiniger für Autowaschanlagen. Im Bereich der Waschstraßen Reiniger gibt es zum Beispiel Insektenentferner, Waschanlagenshampoo, Heißwachs, HD Reiniger und noch einiges mehr. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch noch Frostschutzmittel und Scheibenreiniger. Unser Scheibenfrostschutz ist natürlich für Fächerstrahldüsen geeignet.

For three generations now, the company Cours has been firmly established on the market for galvanic surface finishing thanks to its solutions tailored to the customer.
We offer surfacing solutions in copper, nickel, chrome and various gloss and matt tones for components made of the base materials die-cast zinc, brass and steel materials. In addition, we offer pre- and post-treatment of components so optimal surfacing results can be attained.
We offer flexible packaging, fitting and dispatch options, plus interim storage in our consignment warehouse, thus providing an all-round service.
Being a certified company means that we greatly value quality assurance and aim to continually develop further along our customers.

Technical surfaces for electronic components
Reproducible and consistent finishing quality of our metal surfaces is crucial in every phase of the production cycle.Complex geometries are coated based on measurement data.
Decorative and functional surfaces for locking systems
An optically appealing surface design contributes considerably to the product’s success. The quality of the components themselves is also improved by our finishing process. We place particular attention to corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, such as wear and sliding capacity.
