In terms of technology, Siebenhaar was a leader in the fields of winches, swingers and slew drives. However, it was not until 1986 that the market began an upward trend.
Siebenhaar-Antriebstechnik was sold in 1986 to the Krupp Group. Three years later, Dr. Jamshid Yektai acquired the Siebenhaar Company from the Krupp Group. The new development of the Siebenhaar Company as an independent family business began in 1990 with approximately 30 employees and annual revenues of five million German marks.
Within just 18 years - from 1990 to 2008, the Siebenhaar Company has developed into the leading designer and manufacturer of:

• Swingers, slew drives
• also shiftable wheel drives
• Custom made specialty gears
Since 2008 until today 2013, the Siebenhaar Company leading position has been expanded. Today's largest, most powerful and most compact winches, free fall winches and slew drives are supplied by Siebenhaar.
Enduring, innovative product development and aggressive capital investments in the sector of product technology will continue to be significant components of Siebenhaar-Antriebstechnk´s cor-porate strategy now and in years to come.
In 2010, the number of Siebenhaar employees increased to 200, which is seven times the number of employees in 1990. At the same time, sales have increased more than fifteenfold. Innovation, flexi-bility, customer service and high quality are the hallmarks of our company.
Approximately 10% of our annual sales is reinvested in research and development, and an additional 10% is invested in the production technology. We hereby lay the foundation to make a significant contribution toward helping our customers achieve their desired goals.
