KNIPP is a familiy business looking back on a long tradition of more than 90 years. The company was originally founded as a cardboard manufacturer in Offenbach am Main, Germany. Today, the company focuses on plastics processing and, in particular, thermoforming, a sector which evolved into a main business segment 40 years ago. Compared to other plastics processing methods, the thermoforming procedure offers a multitude of application fields for various industries and, at the same time, cost-effectiveness of products and tools. Our know-how and our state-of-the-art technological equipment ensure professional consulting, development and production. Combined with our renowned service, we are perfect partners for our customers and implement their requests quickly, straightforwardly and cost-effectively.

Die Firmengruppe Loick entwickelt und produziert seit 1994 innovative Produkte aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen. Sie ersetzen damit viele herkömmliche Erzeugnisse aus Kunststoffen und sind eine nachhaltige Alternative. Zudem betreiben wir eigene Biogas- und Solaranlagen. Wir legen besonderen Wert auf die Nachhaltigkeit des gesamten Produkt-Lebenszyklus. Unser CO2 Footprint ist nahezu neutral.Unsere Kernkompetenz ist die nachhaltige Produktion von Verpackungsmitteln Loose Fill (FARMfill®), Spielzeug (PlayMais®) und Schaumplatten aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen. Alle Produkte sind biologisch abbaubar.Forschung und Entwicklung sind wichtiger Bestandteil unserer innovativen Handlungsfelder. In Kooperation mit dem Fraunhofer Institut (Fraunhofer Umsicht) entwickeln wir die nachhaltigen Produkte der Zukunft. Darüber hinaus besteht eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachagentur Nachwachsender Rohstoffe (FNR). Zudem wird die Forschung von Bundesländern, dem Bundeslandwirtschaftsministerium und der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt unterstützt.
