The Swabians, the people of this region, are well known for their enterprising spirit, and thanks to our employees' innovative ideas, we soon built up a large range of instrumentation for the measurement, calibration and registration (logging) of pressure, temperature and level. Our private owned medium-sized company has expanded enormously as a result of development in all our product sectors. Back in 1986, we built and moved into new development-, manufacturing- and office buildings in Kirchentellinsfurt, located near to Reutlingen and Tübingen in the south of Stuttgart. The buildings has been extended steadily since then. Here we have the perfect base from which to provide even more flexible service.

查看更多 HPFM B.V., is a 100% private company, and deals with high pressure calibrations till 1.625 GPa. This will be achieved, with the full SI related units, and is based on the controlled clearance piston gage - deadweight balance system technology.
The current measurement uncertainty is 3.10-4.Pe (+/- 2.9 kg/cm2) All associated SI quantities & units within the aforementioned full scale during calibration, are 100% traceable to the EN ISO/IEC 17025 2017; accredited references. The output signals will be calibrated measured, with EN ISO/IEC 17025 2017; accredited standards, like mA, mV, V, mV/V, Pc-Bar.
Our local environmental calibration conditions, like the Te, Pe, rv are measured, recorded and filled on a 24-6-365 schedule. The center value of gravity is: 9.812.929.6 m/s2 We be able to calibrated all pressure related instructions as from 10 kPa.
As from 50 MPa, we be able to calibrate up and downwards per 50 MPa till 1625 MPa. The average duration for any high pressure calibration, like transducers, transmitters and gauges are within 3 days max. Including all associated calibration documents, like calibration reports, calibration certificates, calibration antifraud stickers and the total safe packaging for any global destinations. High pressure validation is also possible, for pressure safety valves, pressure relieve valves, pressure switches, and all static and also dynamic autofrettage procedures and sequences, as well positive and negative procedures.
Our high pressure know-how, experiences and expertise goes back for almost 40 years.
