We are a firm which has been manufacturing cycle and motorcycle spare parts since 1980. In the early years we were producing 2 stroke motorcycles exhaust pipes, handlebars etc. Then we were producing 4 stroke motorcycle exhaust pipes, engine guards, hard case carriers etc. For 7 years we have been producing bicycle carriers. We sold over 150.000 pieces of bicycle carriers in turkey. Those were thoroughly tested. Our vision is always improving our products. Main pipes made from standart industrial pipe which are cleaned with chemicals then paint with epoxy-polyester paint in our electro-static powder coating facility. The metal hooks are being covered with thermo-plastic powder coating for soft surface. Those are does not harm the paint of cars. The belts are made from industrial polyester material which is inflexible and resistant to any condition. The plastic gear parts of carriers are made from fiber reinforced nylon material. All materials are tested before production. The plastic bicycle clamp parts are made from elastomer material. Our latest improvement is polyurethane sponge which is fixed on the pipe.
