KNIPP is a familiy business looking back on a long tradition of more than 90 years. The company was originally founded as a cardboard manufacturer in Offenbach am Main, Germany. Today, the company focuses on plastics processing and, in particular, thermoforming, a sector which evolved into a main business segment 40 years ago. Compared to other plastics processing methods, the thermoforming procedure offers a multitude of application fields for various industries and, at the same time, cost-effectiveness of products and tools. Our know-how and our state-of-the-art technological equipment ensure professional consulting, development and production. Seit über 50 Jahren befassen wir uns mit dem Tiefziehen von Thermoplasten. Unser Maschinenpark und unser eigener Werkzeugbau garantieren eine schnelle Bemusterung und dadurch die Einhaltung der Liefertermine. Wir fertigen individuell nach Kundenbedürfnissen und Kundenwünschen. Durch unsere Erfahrung im Bereich Verpackungskonstruktionen bzw. Fertigung haben wir uns in den letzten 5 Jahrzehnten in den unterschiedlichsten Branchen etabliert. Hierzu gehören spezielle Verpackungen für die Optik- bzw. Elektronik Industrie, die perfekt auf die einzelnen Produkte ausgelegt sind. Ebenso sind wir in der Lage Ihnen nahezu jede beliebige Verpackung für Ihr Produkt zu konstruieren und fertigen. Unsere Produktion ist auf das Fertigen von Verpackungen im unteren bis mittleren Stückzahlsegment ausgelegt.
Vor 15 Jahren haben wir unseren Werkzeugbau um ein CNC-Bearbeitungszentrum erweitert.
Hier werden mit modernsten Maschinen Fräs- und Drehteile für die verschiedensten Industriezweige gefertigt. Ebenso konstruieren und bauen wir auch die Thermoformwerkzeug bzw. Einzelteile für die Baugruppenfertigung.
In der Baugruppenmontage stellen wir spezielle Baugruppen für namhafte Hersteller aus der Maschinenbausparte her.
