ABMT成立於2013年，最初的意圖是銷售和翻新變壓器。2015年，在贏得皮奧伊回收變壓器的合同後，該公司擴大了業務範圍，回收構成變壓器的其他材料，如礦物油、銅、鋁、黑色金屬和有色金屬材料。

2020年，該公司開始擴大工廠結構，並於次年將卡車車隊增加了一倍。同樣在2021年，它簽署了第一份國際合同。最後，在2023年，它與該國最大的電力公司之一簽署了合同。
